Kerans, FCIArb, C.Arb - After 27 years as a trial and appeal judge in Canada, Mr. Kerans has worked as a mediator, arbitrator, law school teacher, and author, and has been engaged to conduct several inquiries and special studies since 1998. Kim M. Willey, B.A., LL.B., M.B.A. - Ms. Willey was called to the Bar in British Columbia in May of 2005. She is currently an associate with the Vancouver office of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP where she practices primarily in the areas of corporate commercial and securities law.
